according to the ISO\/SRPS 17025 standard since 2012.<\/p><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f520c36 elementor-widget type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-1\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-1\">What is calibration?<\/button><\/div><div id=\"collapse-1\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse  \" aria-labelledby=\"collapse-item-1\" data-bs-parent=\"#faqAccordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\"><p class=\"faq-text\">Calibration is a set of procedures that, under specific conditions, establish a relationship between the values \u200b\u200bof the quantities, with their measurement  uncertainties, which are achieved by the standards, and the corresponding indications, with the associated measurement uncertainties, which is the result of the measurement.\n\nCalibration is performed with equipment that is also calibrated in accredited laboratories, thus ensuring a chain of traceability to international primary standards.\n\nAfter calibration, a calibration certificate is issued, which, among other things, contains: the measurement error with the associated measurement uncertainty expressed in accordance with: EA-4-02 Expression of the Uncertainty of Measurement in Calibration\n<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-card style3 active\"><div class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"collapse-item-2\"><button class=\"accordion-button \" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-2\" aria-expanded=\"true\" aria-controls=\"collapse-2\">Who needs calibration?<\/button><\/div><div id=\"collapse-2\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse show \" aria-labelledby=\"collapse-item-2\" data-bs-parent=\"#faqAccordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\"><p class=\"faq-text\">Calibration is required for all accredited laboratories for testing and calibration according to the ISO 17025 standard.\nCalibration is required for all laboratories that have introduced or intend to introduce some of the ISO standards.\n Calibration is required for all laboratories that want to have verified data on the error and measurement uncertainty of their instruments.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-card style3 \"><div class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"collapse-item-3\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-3\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-3\">How often should you do calibration?<\/button><\/div><div id=\"collapse-3\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse  \" aria-labelledby=\"collapse-item-3\" data-bs-parent=\"#faqAccordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\"><p class=\"faq-text\">The interval between two calibrations is determined in accordance with the OIML recommendation OIML Guidelines for the determination of calibration intervals of measuring instruments. <\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"accordion-card style3 \"><div class=\"accordion-header\" id=\"collapse-item-4\"><button class=\"accordion-button collapsed\" type=\"button\" data-bs-toggle=\"collapse\" data-bs-target=\"#collapse-4\" aria-expanded=\"false\" aria-controls=\"collapse-4\">The most important factors affecting this interval are as follows:<\/button><\/div><div id=\"collapse-4\" class=\"accordion-collapse collapse  \" aria-labelledby=\"collapse-item-4\" data-bs-parent=\"#faqAccordion\"><div class=\"accordion-body\"><p class=\"faq-text\">\u2013 Declared or required measurement uncertainty of the test;\n\u2013 Risk that the measuring instrument reaches the maximum permissible measurement error during use;\n\u2013 Cost of correcting the measurement results when it is determined that the measuring instrument has been making errors over a long period of time;\n\u2013 Type of measuring instrument;\n\u2013 Recommendation of the measuring instrument manufacturer;\n\u2013 Frequency and severity of using the measuring instrument;\n\u2013 Environmental conditions (e.g. climatic conditions, vibration, etc.);\n\u2013 Tendency of data from previous calibrations;\n\u2013 Measuring instrument service and maintenance history;\n\u2013 Frequency of cross-checking against other instruments or reference materials;\n\u2013 Frequency and quality of interim checks.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div>\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div
