Genuine thermoelements with ceramic tubes are specially designed for use at extremely high temperatures up to 1800\u00b0C.<\/p>

Protection tube of thermoelement is directly immersed in the medium in which the temperature is measured.<\/p>

Electrical connection is made via a terminal block or a transmitter in the connection head.<\/p>

Basic parts of thermoelements are as follows:<\/p>

– connection head,<\/p>

– neck tube,<\/p>

– external ceramic tube,<\/p>

– internal ceramic tube,<\/p>

– thermocouple (Type S, R, B, K),<\/p>

– process connection.<\/p>

Connection head of thermoelement can be of various dimensions and shapes and is defined through the configurator.<\/p>

External ceramic tube of thermoelement is made of material selected to suit the process conditions and is directly immersed in the medium in which the temperature is measured.<\/p>

Thermocouple can be of various types and is defined via the configurator.<\/p>

Process connection is achieved using:
– flanges, according to DIN 43734,
– movable connection (compression fitting).<\/p>

Flange and movable connection (compression fitting) can be moved along the longitudinal axis of thermoelement, which regulates the installation length.<\/p>

Technical characteristics<\/p>

Basic technical characteristics are specified in the configurator. By filling in the configurator, an order code is generated, which defines the product.<\/p>

Use<\/p>

– blast furnaces,
– annealing and heat treatment furnaces,
– boilers for production of thermal energy, power engineering, reactors,
– industry of glass, porcelain, ceramics, cement, lime.<\/p>
